When emotions have lodged themselves in your body

What your body holds can let go

No big stories, no digging up emotions. Just bodywork that gives held tension room to shift. Sometimes something rises to the surface, sometimes not. Nothing has to happen, everything is allowed.

What I mean here by blockages

No chakras, no auras. Concrete, physical language. A block is where tension is held chronically: muscles, breath, posture. Often unconsciously.

Sometimes there’s an emotional trigger: grief, tension, something left unsaid. Sometimes it’s simply too-long, too-hard. Either way, the body may need room.

How craniosacral therapy works here

Craniosacral therapy gives stuck tension room. No big stories. You don’t have to ‘let it all out’. The body gets space to let go.

Sometimes emotions come up: tears, calm. That’s allowed, but it doesn’t have to happen. We don’t make a programme out of it.

Who this is for

For anyone who feels: “my body is holding on to something”. For anyone who has done therapy and notices: I understand it in my head, but not in my body. For anyone who wants to be gentle with their body.

Not suitable during acute trauma or a psychiatric crisis. Specialised trauma support first. Craniosacral therapy can come afterwards as a complement.

Want to quietly look at what's going on?

In a first conversation we sense together whether bodywork is a good fit, or whether something else suits you better right now.
