What parents often come for
Poor sleep. Frequent tantrums. Restlessness. Sensitivity to stimuli. Stomachaches or headaches with no medical cause.
Sometimes it’s just a phase, sometimes one or two sessions help. We’ll look together at what fits.
Between the ages of two and five a child grows fast: head, body, emotions. Sometimes gently. Sometimes something stays stuck: sleep that startles awake, big tantrums, a little body that struggles to rest.
Your child doesn't have to lie still. We play, we talk, sometimes your child sits on your lap. Nothing is forced. Sometimes I mostly work with you. That's fine too.

20-30 minutes of active work. You’re right there. Your child plays or sits on your lap while I work.
No forcing. Sometimes I mostly work with you as the parent. That’s good too.

Parents often notice something within one to three sessions: settling to sleep more calmly, fewer tantrums, quicker recovery after stimulation. Sometimes one session is enough, sometimes four to six.
I’ll always tell you honestly if I think something else would suit you better — for instance, a referral to a paediatric physiotherapist, a speech therapist or further diagnostics if there are structural concerns.
Send a message describing what you see in your child. I'll think along with you about whether, and how, a session might fit.
